We process payments through Stripe, PayPal, and Afterpay, the same systems used by millions of stores worldwide. Your card details never touch our servers, and what stays with us is only what we need to get your order to your door.

Trusted processors

Stripe handles all card payments including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal and Afterpay are also available. Each is an established payment system with its own security team and fraud protection.

Cards never stored

Your card number never lives on our servers. Payment information goes directly to Stripe or PayPal, encrypted in transit, stored only where it is safest.

Every page uses SSL encryption. Every transaction runs through PCI-compliant systems with state of the art protection from clicking checkout to receiving your confirmation.

What we keep

Only what we need.

Your order details, shipping address, and email so we can deliver and send updates. Communication history if you contact support. The minimum needed to fulfill your order and help if anything goes sideways.

What we don't keep

Never your card.

Card numbers, CVVs, and bank account details live only with Stripe or PayPal. We never see them, never store them, never have access to them.

On your statement

Reads as LunaVixen.

Your charge shows up on your credit card or bank statement as LunaVixen. The name on its own does not describe what we sell, so the line item reads as any other small business charge.

Frequently asked.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal is available as a separate option. Afterpay is offered for buy now pay later split payments.
Do you store my credit card information?
No. We do not save card numbers, CVVs, or any sensitive payment data. When you pay, your card details go directly to Stripe or PayPal and stay there. We never see the actual numbers, only the confirmation that your payment was processed.
Is the LunaVixen checkout actually secure?
Yes. Every page on our site uses HTTPS encryption. We are PCI compliant, meaning we follow the security standards required to handle payments. The actual transactions are processed by Stripe and PayPal, both of which run their own fraud protection and encryption layers.
How does my purchase appear on my credit card statement?
Your statement will show LunaVixen as the charge descriptor. We do not use an alias or attempt to disguise the charge. The brand name by itself does not describe the category of products we sell, so the line item reads as any other small business charge.
Can I check out without creating an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is available. You can complete your order with just an email address and shipping details, no account required. Creating an account makes future orders faster and lets you track shipments easily, but it is never required.
How does Afterpay work?
Afterpay lets you split your purchase into four interest-free payments. You pay the first installment at checkout and the remaining three are charged automatically every two weeks. Select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout to complete the process through their system.
What happens if my payment is declined?
Your order will not go through and nothing will be charged or shipped. You can try again with a different card or payment method. If you see a pending charge from a declined attempt, it should drop off automatically within a few business days as your bank releases the authorization hold.
What if I get an error during checkout but my card was charged?
This can happen rarely if there is a connection issue between payment systems. Contact us with your email and the approximate time of the attempted transaction and we will check our system. If the charge went through but the order did not create, we will refund it or process the order, whichever you prefer.
