Carriers do their best but packages occasionally take a hit. Send us photos within 24 hours of delivery and we will work to make it right. Reaching out fast gives us the best shot at a carrier claim and getting you sorted quickly.

What does the outside of my package look like?
Depending on the item, your order ships in a plain brown box, a white or grey poly mailer, or a paper padded envelope. None of these have logos, graphics, or product photos. To anyone looking at it, the package looks like any other small business shipment.
What name shows on the shipping label?
The return address shows one of our US warehouse locations. There is no product category, no graphic, and no hint of what is inside the package.
Will the delivery driver know what they are delivering?
No. Drivers see what is on the label, which is your address, our return address, and a carrier barcode. Nothing on the box describes the contents.
Is the inside of the package also discreet?
The discretion is on the outside, which is where it matters for privacy. Once you open the box, you will find LunaVixen branding inside, including tissue, inserts, and the occasional thank-you card. Anyone in your home opening the box would see our brand, so keep that in mind for gift orders.
Does choosing a faster carrier change how the package looks?
No. USPS, UPS, and FedEx packages all ship in the same plain outer packaging. The carrier on the label changes, but the privacy of the box does not.
Will my tracking emails mention what I ordered?
Tracking notifications include your order number and a link to track on the carrier site. The subject line stays general. Order details inside the email show like a regular receipt, kept private to your inbox.
Can I send a gift to a different address?
Yes. We ship to any US address you provide. The recipient sees the same plain outer packaging you would. Branding lives inside the box, so the surprise reveals itself the moment they open it.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Send us photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. The sooner we hear from you, the faster we can file a carrier claim and make it right with a replacement or refund.
