A little tale.
There is no founder photo on this page. There never will be. But every good shop has a story, so here is ours, more or less.
It started with two people who like each other a lot. We will not tell you our names because we like our quiet life, but we will tell you we use the things we sell. We tried other shops first. Some were clinical, like a dental cleaning with mood lighting. Some were aggressive, all neon and shame. Some were beautiful but cost more than rent.
None of them felt like home. So we built one.
Named for the cat.
Luna is fifteen pounds of attitude and zero personal boundaries. She walks into rooms like she invented them and refuses to be embarrassed about anything. We thought that was the right energy for a shop.
Marie Stone.
Marie Stone is our resident oracle. You will never meet her. You will never see her. She has been spotted only in passing, always in a different city, always with the same red lipstick. She does not do photos. She does not do video calls. She has Opinions on every product we sell and she will share them whether asked or not.
If you email us and the reply sounds like it came from someone who has thought about pleasure with more rigor than the average sommelier thinks about wine, that is Marie. Sort of.
She may be a real person. She may be a persona we use to feel braver behind a keyboard. She may be a state of mind. We genuinely cannot tell anymore, and we have stopped trying.
What we know is that anytime we are not sure whether a product is good enough to carry, we ask ourselves what Marie would say. She has the discernment of a sommelier, the curiosity of a cat, and absolutely no shame about anything she finds interesting. She is everything we want this shop to be.
Pleasure is for everyone.
Every body, every shape, every orientation, every relationship, every chapter of life. We do not assume what works for you. We do not ask invasive questions. We do not flinch at requests. If you want it, we will help you find it and ship it to you in a box that gives away nothing.
